Tony Coder, the long time Assistant Director at Drug Free Action Alliance, is taking on a new national role. Coder was recently named the Director of State & Local Affairs for SAM (Smart Approaches to Marijuana) and will use the successes we've had here in Ohio to help the rest of the county best understand marijuana legalization.

"I'm honored to be given this huge responsibility" Coder said "I'm excited to advocate for a strong public health approach to marijuana on a national scale."

While in this new national role, Tony will remain connected to Ohio in a new position as the Director of Advocacy and Public Policy at DFAA. He will continue to host regular advocacy webinars, lead policy campaigns and work with partners across the state to build infrastructure and networks for a healthier Ohio.
