Fairfield County seeking contract planner

The Fairfield County ADAMH Board is seeking to engage a planner with expertise in mental health, alcohol/other drug, and wellness prevention and education to conduct a comprehensive prevention and education mental health, alcohol/other drug, and wellness needs assessment for the Fairfield County ADAMH Board. The desired end product is a comprehensive report that includes a prioritized list of recommended specific prevention and education programs prioritized by: 1) overall importance, and 2) specific populations (eg. gender, race, age), and 3) geographic area, and other as negotiated and agreed upon. Responding parties should submit a letter of interest that includes an outline (5 pages maximum) of the proposed needs assessment strategy to include: 1) prior experience in conducting similar needs assessments, 2) how perspectives of key stakeholders will be obtained and proposed preliminary list of key stakeholders, 4) proposed timeframe for completion, and 5) cost.
